We aim to follow the below tier system we have created for our properties.
Class-S
- Properties with more than 4 bedrooms
- Rent: £1,500 per month
Class 1
- 1A: 4-bedroom properties with a garden, rent: £1,250 per month
- 1B: 4-bedroom properties without a garden, rent: £1,150 per month
Class 2
- 2A: 3-bedroom properties with a garden, rent: £1,000 per month
- 2B: 3-bedroom properties without a garden, rent: £900 per month
Class 3
- 3A: 2-bedroom properties with garden, rent: £750 per month
- 3B: 2-bedroom properties without garden, rent: £650 per month
Class 4
- 4A: 1-bedroom properties with a garden, rent: £500 per month
- 4B: 1-bedroom properties without a garden, rent: £400 per month
